I hid parts of myself that felt too raw, too risky, or too much for the world. I silenced my desires—in and out of the bedroom. I suppressed my sensuality, covered my body in shame, and convinced myself that playing small was safer…

But it wasn’t safe. It was soul-crushing.

I found myself stuck in a long-term, passionless relationship, betraying my own needs and desires. I stopped prioritizing myself and let my vitality wither.

Eventually, I hit a breaking point. Betrayal cracked me open, and everything I thought I had built came crashing down.

I walked away from my business - Strategic Soul - of six years, sold nearly everything I owned, decided to live remote and sat in the terrifying void of feeling unworthy, lost, and powerless.

In that stillness, I came to a life-altering truth: the energy I had been running from—my sexual energy—was the exact source of my power. If I wanted to truly come alive, I needed to stop running.

So, I went straight to the source.

I hired a Tantric BDSM mentor, dove into Conscious Kink, Sacred Sexuality courses, studied Taoist Sexual Alchemy, and even enrolled in FemDom trainings. I spent a year unlearning the shame and conditioning I had carried for decades and reclaiming the parts of myself I had buried.

This journey wasn’t just about sexuality—it was about coming home to my authentic self.

I discovered the power of my desires and learned to trust them. I reconnected with my body, my voice, and the kind of pleasure that isn’t just physical—it’s a deep, soul-stirring passion.

That’s why I created Healing with Kink.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, suppressed, and small—and I know how life-changing it is to break free.
